RETURN POLICY


If you are not satisfied with the product within the first 14 days of purchase, you can return the goods to us and we will gladly accept your return and issue a refund or exchange.
 
Walkers Appeal offers easy returns for all orders. Returns coming from the EU can use the Walkers Appeal return portal.
 
In order to use this portal, you must have your Order Number and the email address used for the order in question. Once you introduce these details into the portal, you will be able to buy a label via credit card which acts as a postage stamp. Stick it on the package and send it back to us.
 
The only difference? 
With our label, you save money compared to the old-fashioned postage stamp!
 
If you wish to return your goods and you are outside of the EU, you will have to arrange shipping via your local post office.

Customers are responsible for any generated return costs.
 
We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back. Once we have received the goods, you will receive the full refund no later than five days after that.
