RETURN POLICY


If you are not satisfied with the product within the first 14 days of purchase, you can return the goods to us and we will gladly accept your return and issue a refund or exchange.
 
Walkers Appeal offers easy returns for all orders. Please e-mail us at customercare@walkersappeal.com and send us your return request with: 

A picture of the product;
Your Order Number;
E-Mail address that you used to make the order and the pick up address.
     
    We will respond within 24h with a return approval or decline message.
     
    RETURNS COMING OUT OF THE EU
     
    If you wish to return your goods and you are outside of the EU, you will have to arrange shipping via your local post office.

    Customers are responsible for any generated return costs.
     
    We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back. Once we have received the goods, you will receive the full refund no later than five days after that.
